Rocklin, California October 5, 2012 – Cokeva, Inc. (pronounced koh-kee-vuh) announced that it has closed on the purchase of the Hewlett Packard “R10” building, located at 9000 Foothills Boulevard in Roseville California. The facility, which was originally part of the Hewlett Packard Roseville campus, is a 326,000 square foot facility, located on 57 acres and has sat vacant since 2007.
Founded in 1989, Cokeva provides third party technical repair and supply chain solutions for major OEMs. Cokeva has been in continuous operation in Placer County since 1996 and employs approximately 270 employees at its current Rocklin facility. Cokeva’s reputation is built on superior quality and outstanding customer service, which has fueled the company’s growth.
“The City of Roseville worked diligently with our company to make it easy for us to stay in the area”, said Ann Nguyen, the founder and CEO of Cokeva. “The purchase of the HP building provides the facilities needed to support the company growth and reaffirms our commitment to the greater Sacramento area” commented Nguyen.
According to CBRE, this facility is only one of twenty office or flex buildings in the state of California that exceeds 300,000 square feet on one level.
